Can you spot the chick in the photo?! !!!! The RSPB's Lizzie Bruce has advised that the ringed plovers at the beach have started hatching today so its more vital than ever that dogs are not off leads on the beach. The chicks will be exploring all over the beach particularly along the tide line so humans should look all over the beach too and beware of what they might be treading on !!!!

Race Officers and Assistant Race Officers are needed for this coming Saturday and Sunday. These might be the easiest race officer duties available all year! ! Starting from the beach using the lights system, no need to get your feet wet - no committee boat used! ! Extremely civilised times of day - Saturday 4.00 pm and Sunday 4.45 pm !
